How long does it take to receive the goods after I order them?
Once you have paid your deposit the goods are then ordered and the manufacture begins, from there it normally takes 6-7 weeks for your goods to arrive in Australia. Normally the goods will clear custom within 1 week however we cannot provide a fixed delivery date until the good are fully cleared and released from the docks.


What is the minimum order?
Currently our minimum order is for 1/2 a container or which contains approximately 4,000 m2. From time to time we do split containers and sell by the roll, please contact us if you are in the Brisbane area and want to be added to our waiting list.


Can I order a regular supply of containers?

Yes we take orders for regular customers and can organise for containers to be delivered at regular intervals
.


What if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order after you have paid the initial deposit you will receive a 50% refund as the manufacturer has been paid. If you cancel your order after the final payment has been made again you will not receive any refund as the goods have been paid for including freight and taxes etc.


Are your prices including GST?
Yes, all quoted prices are fully inclusive of GST, freight and post taxes. The only additional cost to you is delivery from the port to your location if outside of Sydney metro area..


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by direct deposit, cheque (all cheques must be cleared before your order is placed) and credit card, however additional costs will apply. 



Do you offer payment plans?
We currently fo not offer payment plans for first time orders however for  regular customers we may consider on request.



How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery in Sydney metro area is included in the price of insulation.  For pricing outside this area please contact us for a quotation.


Do I have to pay for container hire while at my premises
You may have additional costs if you do not empty your container within a specific time period which is normally around 2 days. This is your responsibility and you will be invoiced directly for any costs associated with container rental.
